1st time here. It's in the building that was previously Wild Wings. I had the Mason-Dixon Burger with Rainbow slaw (came also... with fries that we had to ask for because the waitress forgot to bring out). Husband had the Smoked pork chops (Porchside PeachBBQ sauce) with Mama T's Mac n Cheese. Also, smoked wings with DP's Red BBQ sauce that came with celery and ranch. Overall,great food. I don?t recommend this place unless you are looking to drink. The food is salty and the service is bad. I ordered the Buffalo... shrimp and it barely sauced. The fried green tomatoes were pretty good though. The liquor cocktails are pretty cheap as well,but for the life of me, DO NOT TRY THE SOUTHERN SPARKLER (their mint julep)! Went today with mom and sister and we were highly disappointed with the food, so pros the egg rolls. Sweet potato fries and... burgers are good. The buffalo chicken wrap tasted like bland no seasoning or flavor, the coleslaw and macaroni are definitelydirectly out of a bag of some sorts, the fried green tomatoes were mediocre. Visited Docs for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. I ordered the chicken quesadilla which came with... onions, black beans and corn. It was delicious. I was really wowed by the appetizer, funnel cake hush puppies????. It taste likea funnel cake nugget and comes with a chocolate dipping sauce?. The restaurant is nice, very reminiscent of Wild Wing Cafe, as expected. The menu has a wide variety of things to choose from... like sandwiches, burgers, chicken, wraps. I was hoping to order some wings, but 10 wings cost $17! Way too much. So we startedwith the queso. It was decent, but nothing special. As my friend so eloquently put it, it tastes like the cheese did thatsomeone makes in a crock-pot and take to their job's Christmas party. The Carolina Hot sandwich was good. The chicken was alittle dry, but overall not bad. It has a nice honey drizzle which was delicious mixed with the buffalo sauce. The shrimp andgrits was really good. Mason Dixon Burger is a mix between sweet and savory. Pretty good, but overall seemed a bit confusing tothe taste buds. To be fair, we did visit this restaurant on their opening day at lunch, so they'll most likely only get better.I'll be interested to visit in a month or two once they have all the little kinks figured out.
