A man named K.J kindly asked him if he could change the children's combo book for me since it was not appropriate for my... daughter. He told me that he had to pay if he wanted to give me another which I had already paid for the combo as a child. Afterthis he made fun of what he had told him in front of his companions. First and foremost staff is always friendly as CFA workers should be so no compliant there. Whether the food is hot and fresh is... a 50/50 chance. My favorite beverage when attending CFA is a frosted coffee with cookie crumbles and shake base, basically acoffee milkshake. This location is the only one that has ever given me an issue. I?ve order this specific beverage at thislocation almost a dozen times and one day I tried to order it and I was told that they didn?t do that at this location. The nexttime I tried ordering it again and they gave it to me. Then the next time, the same guy who had delivered me my drink last time(a manager) told me that they were unable to do that for me. As a former CFA worker, our motto was always to do for the guestwhatever we could. There is no reason that they can?t make my drink. Not only that to be told that they can?t do it by the sameguy who brought me mine not even a week later.
