Although I did not have an issue my friend had to wait 35 min for her food inside. We all ordered after her and got ours in... minutes. She had to ask. Then when she got her food it was all wrong. But as always good food and friendly service. Read more

This was the worst facet experience we?ve ever had in our life. While ordering very simple sandwiches the guy kept getting it... wrong and adding things that we didn?t ask for, he was right outside our drivers window. Then when we received our order theyforgot most of the stuff that we asked for on our sandwiches and switched a couple of the specialty items that we made on theopposite sandwich. We then went back to order a autumn milkshake. It ended up being vanilla, even though they called out ourname it ended up being somebody else?s order. Not only did our vanilla milkshake have somebody else?s name on it but thatsomebody else had ordered a chocolate. So they even got their order wrong. Read more

I ordered online and I had to pick up in the drive thru lane..the color and make of my car was noted on my order but I had about... 5 different people approach my car asking if the order they had in hand was mine..after about 5 minutes a young lady brings myfood however they were 5 cars in front of me still waiting on their orders so I couldn't move...unfortunately I won't be back tothis location because if I wanted to get back to work with cold food then what's the purpose of getting fast food...there needsto be some curbside spaces for pickup online orders because having to sit for 10 or more minutes after receiving your fooddoesn't make much sense...I was not the only one perplexed by this...there were several disgruntled patrons complaining as well. The new store is beautiful, but wow you can absolutely tell the staff is new. The wait time is incredibly long compared to the... Robert C. Daniel and Evans locations. Sat in the drive-thru line way too long. Read more

It seems like every time we come here there's something wrong with the fries. We ordered two large fries and they only filled it... halfway and tried to cover it up by putting sauces and napkins over it. Honestly, this is ridiculous why even pay for a biggersize if you're just going to get the same amount of fries. Read more
