Went trough the drive. Thru today and was told they couldn?t take any orders. When I asked why the employee stated that they... were ? Changing the register ?. Now I?m no expert but after working 10 years in customer service I have never turned away acustomer for something like this . In fact I?ve never had this experience before . From the reviews I?ve read , it seems likethe employees just don?t want to work , and that?s fine but I also feel like they should resign and find a better suitable job . Read more
Waited to order..only 2 apparent workers. Then I was asked to pull forward while they cooked our food as they are apparently... timed. Then instead of them bringing out the food, I had to back up through the drive through line again! WTH?!! Good food. Service lacks. Read more
I used to think Checkers was a great fast food restaurant. I haven't been in years. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it... held two thin and small patties. They were smaller than McDonald's patties, and that was quite a while that I stopped there toeat. The staff was not friendly. The double cheeseburger and a medium unsweetened tea was $6 + change. Ordered 3 #1 combos, asked for a receipt, NO RECEIPT.....Asked again, NO RECEIPT. Rude response from the person who took my... money, not happy with service, or lack of concern. Love the food, but the people and atmosphere need retraining, and I'mguessing this is Management as well. Sad when you spend 35$ for 3 meals, and get this treatment. Usually have decent experiences here but late Saturday afternoon no one was there at all to fill orders. Around 5:30 2 other... vehicles and myself were in the pickup line waiting and waiting for someone to come to the window. Nothing. One called, noanswer, the other got out of her car to go to the walk up window, nothing. Someone had pulled up on the other side trying toplace an order, no response. Now I?m trying to get my money back as I never got any food yet the restaurant presented thecharge for payment just the same? Read more
We don't have these in Texas so i tried for the first time. We waited for 30 minutes just to talk at the window. I think the man... was training somebody. I ordered a burger and got a chicken sandwich, but I wasn't going to go back and get it fixed. The funnelcake fries were great and so was everything else even the sandwich I didn't order. Read more
I ordered food at the drive-thru and after a placing a large order I was told ?we aren?t doing milkshakes,? with no mention of a... broken machine. Then when I make it to the window and hand over the coupon I had received because I am a resident of the area, Iwas told that the coupon is no longer valid. As you can see from the attached photo, the coupon expires on 11/30/2022. Today is10/14/22. So, if you are selecting this establishment because you have a coupon, save yourself the trouble and don?t. Chancesare, you won?t save any money and ordering a milkshake will not be an option. Read more
