If i could rate this store a negative i will!!! Nasttyyyyyy manager!!! Terrible. They do not wear gloves. The wait was ridiculous and it was not busy. They burnt my chicken tenders so I gave the meal... back for a refund. The manager came and gave me a receipt with the other two meals I purchased saying the money would berefunded to card in 3 - 5 business days.. I knew that was a lie. I never got my refund. If I could give this store a zero I would! We tried to add a shake to our order because my 6 yr old changed her mind. To which... we were told we had to get back in line and place another order because I t could not be added on. After which the girl calledmy husband rude because he stated that was ridiculous because our order had not been paid for at that point. I will NEVER orderfrom a checkers again! 1st I have to say their food is good my wife and I haven't been disappointed yet and we've ate there in the past 15 months 3-5... times a week until about 6 weeks ago . We both enjoy everything with bacon cause the flavor is kicking. I'm giving only 2stars because for about the past 6 weeks either my wife or I've had a problem with them closing before their reg. time up to 1hour and 10 mins earlier than posted time , times that even currently posted on the window they serve us at. With our workschedules , our house under construction rite now and the restaurants open late in the area we prefer Checker's. And if they'reclosed a hour early turning multiple vehicles away , why have we seen the grill on and loaded with food? Read more
