Service is great and the food is always hot. I hadn't been to a captain D's in years but it was delicious!
Waited in line for 36mins for them to serve me burnt fries and cold fish and a hot bread stick cashier was nice and pleasant
No sense of urgency from the people working. If management was there it didn't show at all. Been to this location four times... since they reopened from the quarantine, this time was the worst service I ever had at this or any Captain D's. Came back tothis location on 09/04/2022, and it's worse now then it was none months ago. The we got was not hot when it was served to us,from what I saw the kitchen was very slow preparing the food and by the time we got it if it ever was hot it was a little overroom temperature. Captain D's Washington Rd & I-20 We arrived there Wednesday night about 7:25. Sign said closes at 10 pm. No sign on door stating... Drive thru only from 7:25pm to 10 pm. Both doors were locked. LookedDrive through only. He wanted sea food so bad and we wantedsit and talk. Ended up going across street to Waffle House .I have tried and tried your website and fi not have Captain's D thatwe were at on your selection list.! SoI just gave upm useless causes !! Read more
