We had our work Christmas party and a girls night out here and it was so much fun! Both times they put us in a semi private room... in the back so we were able to move about and get a little loud without worrying about disturbing the other people in therestaurant! Really felt like we were at someone's house having dinner served! Staff was great both times and the food waswonderful!!! I was able to try several different salads, appetizers, entrees and dessert (since it's family style) and they wereall delicious! Read more

Last night we had a our Christmas party at Buca di Beppo. Our reservation was for 35 guests and had been made approximately... three weeks in advance. The reservation was for 7 pm and we were all seated at four different tables in one large room, with noother guests. This would have been fine, had there been more than ONE server assigned to our ENTIRE party. Our server's name wasMarquis, and first and foremost I want to say THANK YOU to him. He was put in a horrible situation, I'll get back to that, buthe certainly did try his very best to take care of our entire party, to the best of his ability. THANK YOU MARQUIS! By the timeMarquis got to take half of our drink orders, the other half had already ordered their food. No worry, I believe he had thekitchen hold the orders, so they were all ready to come out at the same time. However, three ladies at our table, including me,that had ordered drinks from the bar had quite a delay in receiving our drinks - 30+ minutes. Someone else at the table orderedcalamari as an appetizer, an hour later still no calamari. When it did arrive it was so soggy it had to be sent back. At thispoint it's now a little after 8 pm and some of us have just received our drinks from the bar and we've all finally gotten ourorders in to the kitchen. Fast forward to 9 pm, most of us are still without food. My husband and I had ordered a salad and anentree. Everyone at our table accept for us and another couple had already received their salads, so I reminded Marquis aboutour salad and the other couple's. He went back to the kitchen and returned with theirs and said he'd be right back with ours.Flash forward again about 15 minutes and our salad finally comes - and it's the WRONG salad. We ordered the antipasto salad andthey sent us the mixed green. We sent it back because A. it was not what we ordered and B. it had cucumbers in it. My husbandcannot eat cucumbers and we had also requested no cucumbers in the antipasto salad. Marquis offer Read more

I love going here when I am craving pasta. Not really sure if this is authentic but the food is good. One thing to note is that... their portions are not just for one. So if you're on a date be prepared to share a single dish. So I guess that would be theonly thing that is a con. On the flip side, if you were to go with a large group, then everyone could share and they all cantaste other dishes. Read more

Our server was very conscientious, the food was excellent, and the house wine was very drinkable. For the experience, would be... 5 stars. However, the price for a small bowl of pasta, a small plate of fried calamari, and 2 glasses of wine is still a bithigh to my way of thinking (about $60, including tax and tip). Read more

The decor is wayyyyy too over the top. Also, be careful where you sit, if it's near the kitchen entrance, you're in for a dinner... of hearing the dishwasher running, servers running in and out, and general kitchen noise. After about a minute, we just sat at atable in the bar area. The menu is a bit weird. I have never been to a restaurant that served family style. It was just me andthe boyfriend, who were wanting different things, so it wasn't ideal. Fortunately, we had a great server who brought us thelunch menu. They have single sized portions, which was perfect! We got the mozzarella cheese bread, which was a bit cold andlacked some cheese, but was still good. Skip the olive oil to dip, it's very cheap and tastes it. For we had dinner manicottiand chicken cannelloni, both very good, though the sauce is really what makes the food. We came to the conclusion this is apretty good restaurant, though it is a bit small and musky the deeper you go into it. I would come here for a large party, thatway you could get a few different family style entrees and sides and split. Also, they sell their sauce up front, so I recommendtrying that at least. Otherwise, I don't see myself running back. Read more

Food tasted absolutely amazing. It was a Saturday night on a pay day weekend and the restaurant wasn't very busy. Our food came... out a little slower than usual and the front manager noticed it. He provided us with a free appetizer and have us a discount.Besides that, did I mention the food was amazing! Everything was extremely hot and fresh and all the servers were very nice andprovided continuous service! Highly recommend! Read more
