This Arby's is struggling, but they do try to deliver decent service and foods. Nice employees, that alone is worth 4 stars.
Always good service and food. The order online app hasn't worked the last 2 times I went to Captain D's
My fiance brought me back dinner tonight and honestly, half my meal is missing. I asked him to get me a french dip meal with a... Jamocha milkshake and Arby's sauces. There were no milkshakes available, coke is fine, but they also said they had no Arby'ssauce. When he got home and gave me the bag the fry container was only half full, about 6 fries at most, and no sauce to go withit. They also had forgotten my au jus sauce which is necessary to a french dip, otherwise there is nothing to dip it in. Staffshortages can lead to longer wait times, those I don't mind, but for half the food to be missing from my meal isn't great. Read more
Food does be fresh and hot. Lost one star due to having continuous computer issues and having to close down until issue is... resolved. Has happened multiple times. In all a good group of people. Read more
