Service was good but the food is okay extremely overpriced! My favorite sandwich is the smokehouse brisket and I can remember... that it used to come stacked with a healthy portion of meat. My most recent visit left me feeling some kind of way. My daughter and I both ordered curly fries with a side of cheese sauce as... part of our combo meals this past weekend. We get home only to discover that a few curly fries were placed on top, but thecartons were full of crinkle cut fries, which is not what we wanted. A cup of cheese sauce is extra and I don't mind paying, butit wasn't even full. It appeared that maybe one squirt was dispensed for each cup. Extremely rude staff. Without a doubt the longest wait time for a fast food order. Was told to pull forward in the drive thru.... One of the workers came out and told us to wait a few more minutes. They ended up "forgetting" we were waiting, after comingoutside and delivering to multiple cars who came through way after our car. I understand stuff happens, but no excuse for thisexperience. Order a roast beef and cheese sandwich and this lot forgot the cheese!! Seriously how is this place still open. They struggle to... get even the simplest of orders right. So they've asked for more details. The order was a beef and cheese sandwich. Thesandwich received had no cheese. How you miss an ingredient in a two ingredient sandwich I don't know. Read more
We only go to Arby's when I'm able to go out. It's a special time, and I love it. This week our food made both of us sick. The... beef and cheddar had a stale hard bun, the sauce was totally soaked in the bun. The beef had lost it's color and was dry and oldtasting. I threw out the bun and gagged on the meat taste it was terrible. I looked at the gyro and it did not look safe foralmost the same reasons. My husband did attempt to eat the fish which he said was not good at all. This is day four with nauseaand diarrhea... I'm so sad to have spent $47+ and could not even be satisfied. I called the store to talk with one of the"managers" who just continued to wait on customers ask me questions I had already told her about and didn't bother to ask myname or resolution offer. To start with the young man behind the counter gave some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. He was new but... confident. The kitchen crew pumped out some of the best food I've had in a long time, from a fast food restaurant. Thecleanliness of the restaurant was also impressive. Side note as a dad of two young kids, I always dread having to take them tothe restroom in public especially for my 3 yr old boy. But I was over the top impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms.So I guess to some up the experience they hit my 4 points of interest hospitality, fresh food, fast food, and cleanliness.
