Probally won't come back for the customer service we went today 7/2/22 around 1:30pm to bowl since the other lanes in town were... booked. The place looked great I haven't been in here since the renovations and new ownership I will say the arcade lookedawesome from the doorway and the lanes looked very nice I'm giving it a 2 only because the place looked great its beyond me tounderstand why you spend the money on cleaning the place up and upgrading every thing to only put the most unwelcoming person atthe front counter to pay to play absolutely 0.0 customer service skills what so ever no decent greet or even know his name couldhardly understand what he did say while he stared at the ceiling while attempting to speak towards possible paying customers. Ijust don't have the patience to deal with some thug who hates they're job that I'm sure they applied to do. When we asked him torepeat what he said because we couldn't understand he acted as if it was the worst thing to have to do to help us understand thepricing hopefully they will look for a better welcoming personality at the front but I won't be wasting my time to go backhopefully everyone else had better experiences Read more
