Terrible. With Chick FIL a right next door to it, just go there. The food has gone downhill, the soda had no syrup, the cup... broke in half (I swear they used to have the good styrofoam before!) The lady who brought the food out was nice, I'll say that,but food was absolutely terrible. Read more
Sonic is sonic all the food taste the same. I?ve been here plenty of times and told them I want shredded cheese instead of... sandwich cheese and always seem to get sandwich cheese so for that alone I won?t go back. The lady in drive thru insisted sheheard everything we said for our order and caught an attitude and still messed up. We asked for light Mayo light ketchup and thesandwich literally had extra extra of both I asked for bacon on a burger and the bacon was missing. The cheese part bothers mebecause when I did an offer from my phone a did a substitute slice cheese the fries came out right so that obviously was a storeerror all the other times which is why they get two stars. If I could give 0 stars I would. We've been to this specific Sonic twice now, and both times we were unable to get any food... because the service was non existent, literally. The first time we went was about a year ago, and I don't remember the day butit was during normal business hours. The lights were on but seemingly no one was home so to speak because we waited at the driveup for awhile with no answer. The 2nd time they were definitely open because there were cars in the drive through but those carswere sitting in the same spot for at least 20 minutes (they were there before us). After about 25 minutes of waiting with noteven a single employee greeting us, we gave up and determined we would never return to this location again. Lesson learned. Read more
Took 20 mins for just 2 slushees (mind you only one other car was there). Customer service is non existent. When my drink... finally came out it wasn't even the correct one, when we Iet the lady know she rudely said "well I didn't make it". First off noone ever said you did, we were just informing you that our order was incorrect and if she could help us fix the issue. Luckilyi don't live close so no need to go back. Read more

Would like to give 3.5, but was unable to. First time at a Sonic. I got the #1 cheeseburger with tots with a strawberry shake.... Burger was fantastic, just the way I like it, and messy! Tots were like any other tots, they were fine (but not hot enough). Theshake was good, thick with pieces of strawberry. My son got the honey bbq popcorn chicken. He said it was ok. My bf got thechicken sandwich and said it and the fries were just ok. Service was fine. Came out one tot short and with a shake that was notours. Flagged the food runner and he brought the missing tots. If you order to take home, definitely check for correctness, asothers have mentioned missing or incorrect items.
