I ordered food at 5pm waited until 5:50 and I called to see where my food was woman they'll be there by 6 ok ... 6:30 still... waiting call back now I'm on hold FOR another 11 minutes then I was over it I hung called right back and said to the guy whoanswered at the call center you need to get in touch with the driver and let them know not to bother knocking on my door becauseI don't even want it now it's 7 pm and I will never order from them again !!! Was disappointed they used Door dash to deliver the food. One driver didn't pick up the food so they call another. The food... arrived an hour and a half later stone cold. We refused delivery. They also git the spelling of my name wrong. I called theircustomer service several times all of them rude on hold forever. One told me the manager picks up when they feel like it. Notgood customer service. Will have to think long and hard if I ever want order from them again. It ashame because it's theclosest one to me. Read more
We got rerouted to this pizza hut after the one in Cherry Hill had some outage. We now have paid for 2 orders, one at each, ... and neither has showed up 2 hours later. The 800 number and the store just keep putting us on hold. Going on 30 minutes onhold on each phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Go ANYWHERE else. Read more
We ordered the new Edge pizza and breadsticks. The pizza arrived late, we waited over an hour - this was not due to the... delivery person (who was very friendly, this was due to the store). The pizza was stuck to the box, it was cold, it was uncookeddough - the most disgusting pizza I have ever seen and tasted. We called the store to say we received a cold pizza and we?rehung up on. Not once but TWICE. I finally got someone on the phone from Pizza Hut Corporate and was supposed to receive arefund for our inedible food. This was 3 weeks ago with no refund and no one has record of our compliant/phone call. Dobetter, Pizza Hut. Every store around me has less than one star?you should be ashamed of your stores. Tried to call about my online order. No answer. I arrive 11:45pm on Friday night (6/17) and it looks like there?s only one guy... there! No wonder. He?s super friendly and fixes what?s wrong. Placed an order for a large cheese pizza and an order cinnaminis. I was told 20 minutes for pick up. Upon arrival I was told 5... more minutes, no big deal. It in fact took 40 minutes not 20, the pizza tasted like an undercooked piece of card boardimmediately as I tried a bite before even leaving the parking lot. For the time it took they also could of made sure it wasactually cut, but that wasn?t the case. Terrible experience, do not recommend. Better off going with a local pizza place for theprice. Ordered online, they no longer offer the crust flavors on pizzas on the app. When I got to the store, the counter person... greeted me while ringing up another customer. As a previous restaurant manager, this is the most important part of contact witha customer, and I appreciated the immediate interaction upon entering the store. While ringing me up she asked about my specialrequest, to add the grated cheese to the crust, which she happily did on the spot. Great customer service. Food was wellprepared.
