Amazing food. I came here last night and had a amazing experience. We have been to this restaurant 2 times. Always get great... service.I got the twisted festival with my family and the food was delicious. The twisted festival is their special.Five lbs ofseafood for $75???You get four corn and four potatoes. Seafood is one lb snow crab . one lb head or NO head shrimp . onelb black mussels or one lb green mussels. one lb crawfish or one lb clam. one lb sausage. It was soooo Amazing ! ! !The four of me and My family could not finish it. Need to take It home to eat . Awesome! ! ! I will come again. Read more

Well I must say it was a very tidy place, but their prices do not match the general areas prices. Wow $65 king crab legs. If... this were in a resort area I would expect these prices, but not in Polk county or Auburndale. They were empty when we came inand multiple people filtered in and left abruptly. Don't really recommend. If I wanted to spend that kinda money I would go toTexas cattle company. Read more

Worst seafood I've had in a long time. Ordered noodles and got broccoli. Calamari was very rubbery. Not a cheap place to eat... given the quality of the food. Will not be going back and do not recommend. Only plus was decor, overall pretty sad experience. Read more

Went in soon after they opened (Noon). The place is very nice. I ordered the shrimp and crawfish combo. Was very disappointed.... Shrimp and crawfish completely dried out ( don’t know how long they had been frozen)although they tried to hide that fact withlots of butter ( see pictures). Lol. Read more

We have been to this restaurant 3 times since moving back to Auburndale. My husband got the oyster basket and i got the shrimp... basket. Nicely done..decent sized shrimp and tasty. Service was impeccable. Paul is just attentive enough to make sure youneed anything or not but is not overly pushy like at some places. Last time we got their BOGO of steamed shrimp to go and i mustsay the shrimp were done perfectly. So many places either over good or undercook shrimp. Today we got their special. It wassoooo amazing. 5 lbs of seafood for $65!! you just can't beat that. 1 lb. headless shrimp (or head on if you want) 1 lb crab 1 lb black mussels 1 lb crawfish 1 lb sausage. plus you get 4 corn on the cob halves and 4 small potatoes. Everythingwas again done to perfection. I have had many southern or low country boils etc. but these outdid them all. We took half of ithome! Again Paul made sure we had everything we needed and at perfect intervals. It takes a lot to impress me especially withseafood. Twisted Crab has easily reached my 5 star level!. Read more
