I will give them 5 stars simply because of the staff at the store. Said that, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ORDER THROUGH THE CALL CENTER. ... Papa John's now have some kind of foreign call center that can't communicate in English and very difficult to understand whatthey are saying. The call center screwed my 80 dollar order, and thanks to the staff at the store it was remade and taken careof. Papa John's needs to stop outsourcing your customer relations to foreigners. Forgot my pictures, always love me some papa John's but this time my order was jacked! Not what I order and then combined two... pizzas into one and then just got a plain cheese which I did not order. Still love the pizza just can't help to notice how lowservice has gone down. Called them at 22:00 on 12/28/20 they put me on ?hold? but left the line open I can hear them conversing and what not telling... other employees bye and whatever, at 22:20 I hung up because they never picked the phone back up I called immediately back andthey pick up the line and hung it back. Oh well I?ll take my money elsewhere their loss. If you don?t want to take the orderbecause you close in an hour that?s fine. Just let me know... We ordered half chicken and half cheese and we got home our pizza was completely wrong. I can't even eat it. They gave us some... kind of chicken bacon/ham with barbecue sauce. Totally wrong pizza! I can't eat it so My boyfriend is the only one who can.Because we don't want to go back out I am posting this as a warning to other people. Read more
