Horrible never going there again! Found hair in my salad. I ordered for pick up was told 25 minutes arrived to pick up at 30... minutes and food was still not ready. Took 1 hour to make salad. When I called about the hair in the food, the employee was lessthan sorry. The manager at the restaurant shouldn?t even be a manager. Never seen such display of poor customer service. Read more
DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT go to this location unless you want to wait 3 hours for your food. Was told an hour, which is still a... lot but I think is reasonable if it's busy or you are short staffed. No problem, I was okay with waiting that time. I understandbeing short staffed, but the staff that is there when you call are not at all apologetic or customer service oriented. The"tracker" is very inaccurate. Said the driver left and when I called 30 minutes later, they said he just left. I live 3 milesaway...Food arrived super late. The rudest customer service ever!!! They don?t listen to you on the phone nor can hand you the right order. Don?t even offered a... refund because now you have to drive back up there to get your order. So disappointed. I would pick a different location forsure. And this is how your good will look. As always, the call center needs so many more hours of training. I don?t even know how being from another country they can even... have a functioning call-center much less how they can meet the needs of consumers 1,000,000 miles away. Read more
