The employee named Rose was very polite and extremely good at making frozen coffees. Because of her I will definitely go back.
So I love Dunkin I choose it any day over starbucks,but this location needs help!!! Always out of stock of stuff only have a few... donuts to choose from the food and drinks when u get it are always good,but when they are out of stock on things everything yougo it's frustrating I live right by this one so I go often, but that new one just opened up in Walmart in Auburndale so I maydrive the extra 5 minutes to get what I want.. step it up yall u have one closer now!!! We went there for Baskin Robbins ice cream; this location is both Baskin and Dunkin'. It took forever to get our order, the... server couldn't remember what we ordered, and they were out of a lot of toppings. The other server stayed at the drive thruwindow, ignoring customers at the Dunkin counter. A couple customers who had gone through the drive thru came into the storebecause their order was wrong. Never Coming back to this Dunkin doughnuts, we went inside ordered three doughnuts and a signature pumpkin spice latte. They put... our doughnuts in a paper bag and the icing rubbed off all the doughnuts because each doughnut was upside down. Employees wereclassless, had no customer service skills, no please or thank you at drive thru and no class inside the Dunkin? doughnuts at thecounter. every time I walk in this place, it looks like no one cares, there?s trash on the floor and pieces of tile missing offthe side of the wall and employees with a bitter attitude. if this location continues with this service, this place will closesoon compared to other Dunkin? doughnuts. 15 min in drive thru while they waited on the same car.. decided to go inside (where a family was complaining about not getting... their order finished) and waited another 10 minutes, apparently I was invisible ???? 4 staff members could be seen movingnothing but their mouths to each other... just wanted a coffee!
