For some reason they advertise mango smoothie but they never have the mixture for it or if they do it frozen. For some ... reason the employees don't do their job they blame the morning shift and the morning shift blame the night shift fornot taking it out the management is not doing their job either no wonder they have 3 stars I gave them one there was nostars. This place is honestly trash. I drove 45 minutes to be told they shut down baskin Robbins 3 hours earlier then closing time.... It?s a complete waste of an establishment. I highly doubt this is a corporate owned establishment and if not don?t disappointcustomers with a closing time and then close earlier. Not a good look for baskin Robbins at all. Read more
Every single time we come here they?re always out of whatever we first order. One week it?s sherbet the next chocolate. One week... they say they don?t carry chocolate sprinkles another week they?re out of rainbow and carry chocolate. And the guy at thedrive-thru always sounds like we?re bothering him just by showing up. We?re going to start going to the one that?s an extra 5miles away. Read more
