There is a very rude lady there she seems to be in charge of the staff, it was a if she was aguard at a prison the way she... talked to on of her female co workers who was obviously new and doing the best she could do, I like subway but come on if I canbe patient on a30 min lunch can't she. Worst subway I?ve ever been to. Absolutely rude and distasteful staff, horrendous cleanliness behind the counter, and they have... an up charge on EVERYTHING. You can drive a mile and a half and pay a portion for what you do here. Wish I could leave zerostars, spent over $100 between four people and all of us were treated terribly. Bad business altogether. Watched a fly land on my sub when the lady was there looking right at it when I told her get that fly away from my food. Also... they take there sweet time and dint care that you have a shirt lunch break st 1230 and seems they like to waste everyone's timeon purpose. Lettuce was also old and brown looking. Coke came out of the machine nasty as hell too. Subways dint belong insidegas stations. Hire some better workers. Read more

I gave 1 star because I had to. I waited a long time before anyone showed up to help. The customer behind me even called and the... phone just ran. No one ever answered it. The meat, cheese and veggie bins were dirty looking. When someone finally came to thecounter, she said (in a rude tone) I?ll be right with you. All I ordered was a cold cut sandwich and she wrapped mine and put itat the register and went on to make the other two customer?s subs. I told her I had been waiting a long time and asked if Icould pay so I could get back to work and she said NO, this is how we do it. So I left without my sandwich. I?m not looking foranything and I?ll never step foot in a Subway again. Very unprofessional and inexcusable. Read more

Very disappointed. They didn?t have cookies, pickles, or spinach. The mellow yellow came out of the fountain with a nasty... brown-yellow color. The lady didn?t even make my sandwich correctly. Also they didn?t accept coupons. I am just disappointed. Read more

Wow, the older lady who works here seemed so irritated that I came in. They looked closed and I think she wanted it that way but... it was a little after 1:00 pm on a Saturday so I knew they should be open. I asked for one of the new wraps and when I asked forextra onion she promptly told me she cannot put more than what goes on a 6 in portion. (The one time she seemed happy was whenshe was able to shut me down on something) I said that?s strange, we always get it with a little extra onion and she said no youdon?t, I assure you we do. I asked if there was a reason for it or if something had changed and she said you can?t get extra onthe wraps because she has to close it. I said I just don?t see how it makes sense because I could add three more separateveggies and get those but not a little extra onion... Very odd policy and mainly the thing that upset me was the terriblecustomer service. If you don?t want to work there then don?t. Don?t come in and give the customers a bad experience and thecompany a bad rep. Read more

Staff usually acts like they would rather not be here and that a customer walking in the door is an inconvenience. Last week I... wasn't in there and had to change my order multiple times because they were out of everything. This week I go in there and theyhave decided to stop offering the sub of the day, and they don't take coupons, where all of the other Subways around still doboth. I was originally excited to see a subway being put in so close, but now it's just a disappointment to see it and know I'mbetter of going somewhere else. Read more
