I wouldn?t give them a star if I could. Messes up sandwiches. Doesn?t toast them. Then when you call to say something they just... expect you to stop doing your job to go back up there as if you?re supposed to be having people come back if you?d read theticket correctly the first time! Great customer service, nice choices ro chose from, reasonable prices, very clean
Service has not been the same since the pandemic. The store is always closed and when open the sandwiches are rushed and... Ingredients are low stock or only one person working. Even really Long wait time. I hope it gets better because this was theclosest and best subway in the area. Read more
Food is okay, however this franchise doesn't participate in corporate coupons/discounts... dissapointing.

I could see the staff inside from the glass door, they werecleaning & wrapping up for the day. Upon noticing me one of the staff memebr came up to the door & told me that they are closedfor the day ! I showed him order confirmation email & pickup time. She said that Subway would refund me. I tried to find theSubway customer servixe for complaint/ refund but there is no phone number for this. All they have is a page where u cn drop uremail address & describe the incident & submit it. They do not have a customer service to talk over phone to for quickresolutions of auch matter ! such a shame ! Im giving 3 stars because the store is clean and staff is polite. Read more
