This is by far one of the worst Locations to order from! On yesterday (Saturday 10/29/22) I ordered pizza for delivery around... 10:30pm. I was told the pizza would be delivered in 40min, gave the address spelled the street name paid with my credit card. OkThey close at midnight on Saturdays So received a call around 11:40pm It?s the delivery guy calling asking for the addressbecause he couldn?t find the house. I told him the address again he doesn?t have the address I gave when I called to place theorder for delivery. Smh It?s now after 12 midnight my pizza has been riding around all this time. The delivery guy ask if Icould drop my location I said sure. He still never delivered it I get a call back from delivery guy saying ok I have to clockout I?m 10 min away from Cottage Inn I personally will deliver the pizza after I clock out. Ok I was still willing to accept it,I was grateful that he was willing to do that for Us! Another 20min past by I called the delivery guys cell phone back wonderingwere he was and how much longer he would be. He replied ?Wow the manager never called you I said no. He apologized and saidsomeone was suppose to call me. Long story short I never got the pizza and the money was taken out of my account.The next day Ihad to contact Cottage Inn to speak with a different manager we waited to see if anyone would contact us first before we calledin regards to the situation but no one did! So I called and I explained everything to and different manager and he offered myrefund back! No one was really apologetic or anything I will never by pizza again from here!!! Read more
The crust is on the doughie side but good. I usually don?t like doughie pizza but this one is an exception. I would have given... it a 5 star if it was a bit crispier with less sauce. The cheesebread was delicious as well. Read more
