Good treats but this is the second time I?ve come here and been told that I cannot use my gift card to pay.
As a doordash we I believe your store is a nuisance. I've never accepted an order to your store and I never will. No customer... will ever tip enough to be worth it to park and walk into the mall. Please remove your store from the platform. Read more

The cinnabons are extremely hard and dry. I feel like someone is either missing an ingredient, or these things were made last... week. (Here's a sidenote for Doordashers...this store is inside the Great Lakes Crossing mall. If you have to pick up here, usethe entrance near Round 1 and make a left inside the mall) Plenty of PokeStops throughout the mall. Read more
Purchased a six pack of Cinnabon?s at this location and the Cinnabon?s are extremely dry as if an ingredient is missing. I think... the butter was missing before they rolled them up and cut them. I also tried to warm them up and see if it made a difference butit didn?t, so we just topped them with some Ice Cream. The staff was helpful but I don?t think they are trained correctly. Ithink they are new hires. I?ve never had a problem at other locations. I will give them another try at a Later date and see howit goes. Read more
This place makes me not want to eat at any cinnabon anymore! I had a coupon for buy one get one free this past weekend and the... manager wouldn't accept it because she said they didn't have the right scanner to scan the bar code. I asked her to type thecode in and she said they couldnt. I ended up buying a classic roll anyway because my daughter really wanted one.Sadly, itwasn't fresh so she had to wait until we made it home to reheat it and soften it up. Read more
The Cinnabon place at Lakeside Mall is delicious. This location is pretty far from delicous. The Cinnabon was burnt on the... outside and undercooked on the inside. The staff also didn't take my coupon because they didn't have the correct scanner. I haveworked retail, you can hand enter any coupon. Don't waste your money, get an Auntie Anne's pretzel next door. Got a free small iced coffee. The cashier?s choice of flavor was very good. Light ice so no brain freeze - and more coffee.
