A $hit show, was a line but nothing warenting a 50 min wait for 2 cheese steaks and 2 fries, ordered at 3:19 did not get my food... till 4:09.., also this is the next day and i have the $hits. 2 days later i still have very bad diarrhea and will most likly goto the hospital tomorrow if this continues. *3rd update. I still have the worst diarrhea ive ever had in my life. Awaiting bloodand stool sample test results. Dont eat here.. FML!. Read more
Good food fast service reasonable price...what's not to love
Customer service is a joke and I was short changed. Ordered a small sandwich and got charged for a large. Had to point out the... price on the menu for the cashier to rectify it as she was confident the price she charged me was correct. Paid with a $20 billand got change back for a $10. They were adamant I gave them a $10 bill instead of a $20. I know what I gave them, as I didn?thave a $10 bill to begin with. Said they would check the register. Took the register to the back room and it took every singleemployee, except one (as it was one person left up front with a lineup) to apparently figure out if I paid with a $20 or not andthey took their sweet time trying to ?figure it out?. That aside, the staff are not the most professional. Eating freely at thecounter and on their phones. Definitely won?t return to or recommend this location due to my personal experience. To end it all,I couldn?t even enjoy the sandwich I purchased due to my experience. It all left a very bad taste in my mouth? literally andfiguratively. Big thumbs down to this place. Read more
Lady in the back who acted as if she didn't want to be there immediately started yelling at the cashier "ah ah we ain't got no... tenders" in regards the kids meal that I was attempting to order. I let that slide then continued the order that was ultimatelya sloppy chicken sub with not so fresh lettuce and tomatoes. I should have heeded the warning from all of that yelling that thiswas not going to be good and it was not! Cold cheese fries too! Read more
