Service was kind and efficient, but there was just one problem. All of the food we received had undercooked pretzel dough,... which, in case you didn't know, can cause sickness and even hospitalization. I'm fine at the moment, but I don't recommendeating any pretzel item on the menu as it may leave you ill. Read more
Rude staff. I waited a long time to get pretzel nuggets. When I got up to the register, the cashier didn't even acknowledge me,... she was standing there joking with the people in the back. Then, I asked for a small pretzel nugget and she pulled out a largeand never asked if that would be okay. I said "Do you have any smalls?" She said "No, this is all we have for the rest of thenight." in a rude voice, and started serving someone else before I was done. I thought to myself, wouldn't it be easy enough todump a some of a large pretzel nugget into a small container? And how are you done making pretzel for the day at 4:30 when youclose at 6? So I paid for the large pretzel nuggets and left. They were cold. So I paid 6+ dollars for large cold pretzelnuggets, a long wait, and rude services. Sounds like a rip off to me. I like to walk around Great Lakes Crossing Outlets mall. One of the best parts of the walk is the alluring scent of the freshly... baked pretzels from Auntie Anne's Pretzels! It is such a great way to be easily become distracted. Although I have been toAuntie Anne's Pretzels numerous times, I have only ever ordered one thing from their menu. I always order the Cinnamon SugarPretzel Nuggets. They are so sweet and delicious, and I love the soft centers. They are so amazing when they are hot and freshlybaked. There is so much more on the menu to try. Maybe next time I will give something else a try (along with a side of thecinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets)! Read more
Stopped at Great Lakes Crossing and went to Apple Annie's across from Columbia. It was 3:00 p.m. I ordered a cup of cinnamon... sugar pretzel bites. I asked the older man working there what was "hot" and fresh. He said everything. I paid $5.00+. Notonly was it not hot or fresh but the pretzels were terribly burned and hard. No one should have paid for the mess he sold meand bagged so happily. I was going to return to the stand, however, I left before I realized it. I will not be buying fromyour establishment again. I arrived to place a order the staff stated to me the pretzel dogs I wanted would take 20 or more mins to make because there... wasnt any ready. I asked for a manager to see if I could receive a discount or something for such a wait. The manager Tamikastated no very rudely & took her time to begin making them.
