My family & I walked in with a party of 13. Celebrating my father being exonerated. We were told it would be a 20min wait... because there were no tables large enough to accommodate us. So we asked if we could be split up, half at one table & half atanother. We we're told they couldn't do that. We ended up waiting for a little over an hour & then decided to leave. I wentback in to get the manager name (Danny) & the 2 girls who we were dealing with while waiting (Liyah & Mya) Liyah stated she wasready to seat us I asked were she was going to sit us, she pointed to a large table that had been vacant the entire time we werewaiting. I then asked why did we have to wait so long when that table had be available the whole time. Liyah then stated shewas waiting on 3 other tables and she wasn't going to be able to help us until she finished with the other tables. Just an AMAZING experience? Got there and asked about sitting on the side of the restaurant with the restroom due to my brother... is disabled and I didn?t want him to have to walk a long distance if he needed to use the restroom. The host stated that thatside was filled but if I could give him a few minutes he would get us a table on that side. Well while waiting my brother had togo to the restroom and while he was in there I heard a thump. I asked one of the ladies if there was someone that could check onmy brother and within a few seconds a young man came from the back to check him. He was ok. We were then seated and Leah whom issuch a sweet young lady came to take our order. She was very patient with waiting for my brother who can?t speak very well. Thefood came out very quickly. I then asked to speak to the manager to let her know how AWESOME her staff is and found out Jaimie(the manager) is the young lady who went and got the young man to check on my brother?She thanked me for the kind words andoffered us dessert on her which she and her staff is the ones that needs the GIFT because they are truly a BLESSING. The food was great (ordered the French Dip and all you can eat boneless wings). Drinks were yummy but did not seem all that... strong. Service was good and quick considering the restaurant was half full on a Friday night and we had to wait due to staffshortages. There were two server trainees on the floor and ours did great. Had an amazing experience here. This was the best apple bees location I've ever been to. Best deals, best happy hour, and most... importantly the best staff. The manager, Wes, here is so kind to everyone. Great to the customers and staff. Food was great.Came for a birthday and they were more than kind. Could not have had a better time! 10000% reccomend! Stopped in with my 2 lady friends. We had a good time! Mostly due to our fabulous server Jordan who was excellent and took great... care of us!! And oh yeah, everybody liked the food too. This is the worst Applebees experience I have EVER had. I sat in the parking lot for more than an hour and nothing was ever said... about a wait. The workers could have said they were as busy as they were. I got there at 7:30 and was there past 8:30. When Igot home there was a meal from my order missing that I had paid for. When we called to explain the situation, the phone wasringing for at least 7 minutes. Read more
Been to Applebee's for first time with kids. Food was fresh, service was quick. Recommend to visit
