Stay away.. I got something simple to tide me over. It was way overpriced for the hotdog and for what you got. It was... over cooked. Look at the size of the hotdog. It's not even a third of the bun. You tasted more bun than anything. You could not taste the cheese sauce. In the end they questioned whether I got the order. Read more

I was here yesterday on Sunday March 20th, 2022 around 4:15-4:20PM. There was a woman working as the cashier and she was... incredibly rude towards me. She made not one but three remarks to me about moving forward and being in the way. I have a servicedog, whom was completely silent and obedient the entire time I was in line and she kept calling me out. I understand that thisestablishment was busy and Im not discounting that, but just a bit of kindness goes a long way. I will never return to thisestablishment because of this reason alone. I hope you do some training with your employees about disabilities and customerservice. Also the chicken was good but the cheese curds tasted absolutely terrible. My pregnant fiance ordered a Coney dog and are a third of it before I noticed the bottom of the bun was green, black and grey in... mold. They didn't even refund us. They were irritated with my complaint. I'm irritated my fiancee and baby's health were put injeapordy. Disgusting. It's no wonder when you go on a&ws website, you can't contact them any way but email. I suppose it's mucheasier to do the wrong thing when you can hide behind a screen. I want the owner to make up for this. I want my money back, agenuine apology to my girl, and her medical bill from the hospital covered. I ate at this restaurant to have a different taste, each restaurant has their own touch of taste, but this one just a regular... burger. The other surprise was the size, it was a shrinked Burger was very small. I went back to them and asked them if this isthe same that I paid for, which is showing big and healthy in the display photo. They said yes, paid about $18 for twosandwiches, classic one and the cheese burger one. I am not a picky guy when I eat, but this I made many comments about it. I love a&w. This experience, not awesome. First, Daniel, at the counter was very bland, quiet and did not seem to want to be... there. It took a while to get my cheeseburger, the person behind me got their food first. When I opened my cheeseburger it wasjust a hamburger. So I go back and they made me a new one, didn't take as long, but still a bit of time. There were no picklesbut I did not want to go back again. Honestly, skip it. There are better restaurants (like sweet Lorraine's Mac and cheese orCharley's) that will give you the correct order in a reasonable time. If you're craving a&w, take the extra time and go to adifferent one. Read more
