The drive-through cashier charged 3/5 over the price listed on the menu! Then told me I have to pay the price her computer says... (NOT THE ADVERTISED PRICE!?!) OR I can leave (she shouted). Illegally over charging people is THEFT! IF grande steak breakfastburrito combo is listed for $4.99 (as it was this very morning) that is the MAXIMUM price they can charge (not $7.99 shedemanded) Didn't even get to the tax portion. Theft! This location on 15th st in Auburn sucks big ones. Our food was cold, we were charged for extra beef on the Mexican pizza and... the nacho bell grande but there sure was not an extra beef on there. Charged 6 times for extra sour cream but there was barelyany on the nacho bell grande let alone any of the other items in the order. I ordered cinnamon twists and if course they weren'tin there. I'm so beyond over this location. It's every time we order from that one our food is messed up and when you try tocall and talk to a manager you get attitude if they even answer the phone. Most of the time they refuse to even answer the phoneno matter how long you let it ring for. They need better management and a better staff. I'm not to keen on being over chargedand some of my meal missing. Especially when the quality of the food was horrid in itself. I'm contacting corporate or whoeveris in charge of that store and letting them have it. I'm done with that location. Read more

If you like ghetto fast-food joint's you hit the jack-pot with this spot! After making my order and waiting at the drive-thru... window here are some observations I made. The employee's are goofy high-school kid's that don't even want to be there. They justwork there half-hardheartedly not caring about serving customer's or food with excellence. My food was not only way too spicy(ordered a chicken quesadilla) but it had burnt marks. Someone is lazy with cleaning the oven...
