8/3/22 at 6:30ish, I came in and ordered caramel frappuccino, I paid and left without tasting it. I took a sip when I left and... realized not much ice was added, it wasn?t as cold as I would have liked. I called to complain but the lady working there wasextremely rude and told me that?s how?s it?s made. It?s my favorite drink and it?s never made this way. No apology whatsoever,just plain rude. Love their healthy lunch options. The refresher drinks are delicious and a refreshing on a hot day as their name suggests.
The starbucks serves ?cold? hot coffee, when asked for cream, the blonde server was very rude and acted like she was doing us... favor when she should be only doing her job. Read more
