I find it so crazy that people go and implain about McDonald's when they know every fast food place has issues because it's a... very fast paced environment. I'm not sure what you expect in life all you people. Everybody should know when they order theycheck everything in the bag before they go. This mcdonald's might look nice but it is in a location that is overridden with excessive drug use. The bathrooms in this place... don't even have coded locks on them, you have to ask at the front counter to use the restroom and they have a button they pressto let you in. Then after you leave they instantly go in there to make sure you weren't doing anything illegal. Oh how far thisarea has fallen. Read more
I don't know what to say, If you go during the day everything seems to be good, but I will tell you when 5PM hits, it is like... this place turns into a completely different company. So this review is for the night crew. I get its fast food, I getdifferent cooks, but the standards fall short every single night. Last night I asked for a 20 piece Nugget meal, whichsimplifies the order. I was told we can not do a meal for a 20 piece. I said click on 20 Pc, click on LG drink, Click on LargeFry... boom a meal. The person had to go get a manager and we sat at the order box for 7 minutes awaiting to finalize the order. My fav is when I order 2 McDoubles no pickles no onions large fry and a large drink and they ask me to pull into the waitingstall, where I sit for an extra 9 minutes. You would think not adding something you make all the time would be faster and If Isay no I will wait here at the window because you take to long when I park, the manager comes up and says then she will refundmy order. I looked at her in complete disbelief, and I said you'll lose a customer or an order because you are inefficient? Shesaid no but my regional says we have so much time per order at drive through. So you make people park mark their order as doneso you look better. To my amazement she said YES. I asked her my order was 2 McDoubles no pickles no onions how does it takelonger... her answer because we are short staffed. So I again asked so doing less takes longer with a short staff? I could haveunderstood this if I had added but subtracting makes NO SENSE. I firmly believe that when management doesn't understand howcould the staff understand. Read more
Well.. It's a McDonald's, nothing super special, probably the slowest I've ever been to. I just don't understand how the fries... are never piping hot when the store is always so busy. The employees try though. Good customer service, just really slow. Read more
Ice machine was broken. Customer stated it had been like that for a week. Poor customer service. When I mentioned they forgot... the toys in my kids happy meals the employee scoffed and looked at me in disbelief. Will definitely not be going back to thislocation. Read more
Was going to order dinner after I took my 92 year old MIL to the bathroom. I asked cashier to open the door and she said they... weren't available. Seriously you shouldn't be open if the bathrooms aren't available for your customers. Isn't there some kindof health code regarding this. It's not like she could wait to use the bathroom at home since we're 11/2 hours away. It takes alot of effort for her to get out and use her walker only to find out we have to atop somewhere else now. Read more
The food was good, the service was fast. My only complaint was that the place felt dreary and dark. To be fair, that could've... been due to the time of day I was there and it might be more pleasant later in the day, as there are plenty of windows and lotsof natural lighting. But again, let me emphasize that the staff was fast and they were nice to work with. Lots of hustle and asteady stream of customers, both in person and in the drive-through. I was not disappointed. It would be better to go through the drive thru than dine in.They only had one cashier during lunch which took longer time to... get food.Seems like that they were more focus on Drive Thru orders. Read more
