Our sodas were warm, did not have ice, and it was flat. The Mac n cheese bowl was only half filled. Disappointing.

Ordered a 12 piece meal. Got home and there were 10 pieces of chicken in the tub. 3 of the 10 were the smallest wings you have... ever seen. We will not go back. Very disappointing. Read more
It gets a fast food five-star for its chicken sandwich. I have never had KFC fries until today and I think they're actually... better than McDonald's. They're light crispy and seasoned perfectly and I can eat that chicken sandwich every day for a year. Read more
Basic KFC - ok service but food quality and delivery needs help. Family of 5 ordered from the menu and when we picked up the... trays at the counter the KFC staff couldn't even tell us what was what. THEN: When brought the food back to our table we had topass stuff around between us. The Nashville Chicken was basic chicken strips with some greasy oil sort of/partially drizzled ontop of such. D+ for effort but the real world food looks nothing like the menu. False advertisement IMO. Read more
