This Auburn location is the worst. It takes 20 minutes or longer at the drive up EVERY time we have stopped here..and its... supposed to be fast food! Go to the Supermall if you want to get your food in a reasonable amount of time. Read more
We say in drive through for 10 minutes with 6 cars. We called the store and asked if they were open. They said yes. We told... them there were people in drive thru and she told us she didn't see anyone in drive through. She quickly hung up on us anddrive through started moving. This burger King used to be so good. The last handful of times I've been there they have served me room temperature burgers.
Sunday/ sept18 12:15 noon. Rude drive thru staff. That older woman who took my order was really rude. And tell her to stop... calling ?hey? to the customer with her bitchie high voice !!! She sounded like she?s high or drunk. This store is the worst. Read more
These poor folks are doing their best. Staffing issues meant walking through the drive-thru instead of going inside which was... rather lined up. I was concerned but the line went rather swiftly all things considered, the girl putting orders together at thewindow was professional and patient and these fries are bussin. A+ Read more
The food was okay for a chain store. I would have given a 4, however, the drive-thru cashier had an attitude or just didn't like... her job. If there wasn't a shortage of workers in this field, they would probably let her go. It was that bad. Read more
