Called in an order for pick up and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to pick it up and was told it would be "a... little longer before it is ready." I ended up waiting there over an hour and 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, I now understandwhy Pizza Hut restaurants are dying off left and right. Read more

3 stars because the pizza is awesome but the cheese bread sticks leave a lot to be desired. Crispy cheese is not my idea of a... good thing. They must be putting way less cheese on than they used to. EDITED TO ONE STAR because they asked me to email themso they could make it right and then ignored my email. Obviously they are just trying to pubicly cliam they took care of asituation and then ignore it and hope I go away. Nope... Bring back actual cheesy breadsticks or cheese garlicbread. Digusting!! They ALWAYS overcook the cheese breadsticks and they don't care at all about how you order your pizza. Theyjust make it how they want and screw you. Sad. This used to be a great Pizza Hut. Not any more. I've given them chance afterchance and they just can't get it right. Read more

Took me 15 minutes on phone to order 1 large pizza so I hung up with out ever describing my choice of payment and never... finishing the order so they sent me the pizza anyways of course with the complete wrong order and I had to decline the pizzabecause the pizza guy expected me to pay with cash, when I only hav3 a debt card!!! Compete joke of a place I would recommendgoing out of your way entirely as to avoid situations like these. Read more

Ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni. There now are about HALF the pepperonis on their pizza than they used to put on. Ordered... 8-piece wings, only got SIX! And they were TINY!! The wings were NOT cheap, even if I'd gotten all eight. Going to re-thinkordering from them again. Read more

Lynette the waitress provided excellent and quick service. The cheese breadsticks came out fast and were delicious. The boneless... wings were crispy outside and juicy inside. The pizza was a large and was more than enough for my wife and I. We took an entirebox of food and to-go cups of soda home. We had a coupon which saved a few dollars. The entire meal cost $30. Would definitelyreturn. Keep up the good work! Read more
