#1 Not worth the price! #2 VERY Slow service #3 Poor food quality #4 Careless waitress Overall horrible experience! Very SLOW... service. Made my family wait over 45 minutes to be served food that wasn?t even edible. Asked for fajita trio and the chickenwasn?t even warm nor cut properly, beans were stale, and rice I couldn?t tell if it was uncooked or just very dry! (Seems likethey either had to scrape the last grains of rice stuck to the pan or they added raw rice to the pan to get my order out.) Itwas so hard to chew that when I took the first bite It made a crunchy sound in my mouth. (Which isn?t supposed to happen whenyou eat rice!) When the waitress got to my table I did let her know and she didn?t seem to care. All she said was ?yikes? andproceeded to ask if we needed refills on drinks. Also steak was well done when we asked for medium rare! This was the third timeI had a bad experience, the last two times I keep my mouth shut because I used to like Chilis. Placed our orders then got salads and had to ask for our drinks. Meals came, I ordered a chicken bacon quesadilla and got a... chicken sandwich. So they took that and I watched my hubby eat while I waited. When my meal came she said she?d get us drinkrefills. We ended up having to ask the hostess for refills. Finally when we got our bill she had charged us for 3 meals, only 2of us. She charged us for the wrong meal that was returned. Food was good though! Read more
My wife wouldn't even eat the chicken nuggets because they were so tough! The restaurant looks old and run down to some degree.... We shared a salad it was crisp and cold. It was the only thing the two of us ordered that we were satisfied with. Read more
Waitstaff was extremely friendly, very clean and hospitable. Food was very good for restaurant food, personally a tad bit bland... for my liking. The amount of food you get far out weights the cost. Overall I would definitely return and recommend to familyand friends. Read more
