The host was not very welcoming. She didn't even look at us just grabbed menus and took us to a seat. The waitress was also the... bartender and was very sweet. The food was decent. I substituted my broccoli for green beans and they were the saddest, limpestbeans ever. But we ordered the pub style loaded waffle fries and they were delicious. So there were good and not so good partsof the visit. Overall it was decent and I would return. Read more
Applebee's used to be a great place to go. Since getting back to "normal", I feel they have gone downhill. The atmosphere felt... tense. I realize short on staff etc...but figure it out. Appetizer's are great my favorite is the pretzel with beer cheese dip.Last time we went we had the Fish dinner. Mine was good, my husband's was over cooked needless to say he was not happy. We toldthe waitress, who was very apologetic. She went back to the kitchen and came back and said she was sorry that it was overcooked. She said that the normal chef was training someone new. They comped my husband's meal. Needless to say it will be awhilebefore we go back. Read more
I’m absolutely disgusted!! I order two combo platters spend $55 and we’re missing half of the platters and not to mention... the two most expensive items are the things missing spinach artichoke dip and chips and the boneless wings!!! Plus missingMariana sauce I ordered!!! I call the store and the lady says o can send you a coupon for $10 off your next meal like reallycome on that’s the best you got for all I spent and missing half of both platters so she says I’ll talk to the GM!!! I’llbe calling back again tomorrow to talk to the GM how is this a thing not to mention I live a half hour away from thelocation!!!! Read more
We had a little bit of a wait but it wasn’t long at all. Destiny was our server and she greeted up promptly and took our... drink and food order since we were ready. She did explain that they were running a bit behind in the kitchen but we were finewith it. Our food came out quicker than anticipated. Everything was correct, hot, and tasty. Destiny checked on us 3 or 4times. She was very nice and stopped and chatted for a few minutes. She was a great server and it was nice to see someonethat actually enjoys their job as a Server. Previous experiences with this chain left me avoiding the place. Our trip this time was far beyond excellent. The appetizers... were amazing to say the least. Dinner its self was delicious better than most local expensive restaurants. This experience hasbrought the chain the the top of my list for quick places to go. If you visit this branch hopefully you get Ariel as yourwaitress a tip wasent enough to show gratitude for her excellent survice. Dinner was great. It was a family bjrthday dinner and we had fun. It was not so crowded and busy, we were able to get seated... upon arrival with no waiting period. Steak was juicy and tasty as well as the Buffalo boneless wings. Dessert was great and thedrinks were ice cold and tasty. They seemed to be short-staffed(which Employer isn't in these post covid-19 era). But they stillmanaged to give us the experience despite the server recently came off an auto accident and was still visibly bruised. We ordered 5 fiesta lime chicken and the rice was tough and barely cooked. The chicken was also not cooked in the inside and to... top it all off it was very salty. Its like they accidentally dropped the whole can of salt in the food! It was completelyunedible no one was even able to eat half of it. Read more
