Menu is smaller then most. But great food and worker smiles all over
I placed an order thru the app and, for some reason, the order didn't go to the store, but it did go to my bank account. I... explained the situation to the "overworked" employees (there were 2 people working and they were struggling to wait on 3customers... particularly because 1 person was too busy cleaning the soda fountain for close of shift an hour later) and theywere so rude about everything. They didn't have the order and they didn't care about my loss of money. They both definitelyneeded a lesson in customer service. Read more

Normally this restaurant is very nice, Very warm and Cozy, very clean, all In all a great place! Until today when I came in for... a visit this worker named Toni must have either been having a bad day or something because her attitude needed an adjustment.First things first, she was very rude, her tone seemed as if I was a burden and her actions told me this was the last place shewanted to be. When telling her my specifications for my sandwich she slapped my turkey on, threw it into the oven and slammedthe door! Now I?m not going to go on and on (even though I can) but all in all it was not a pleasant visit. As I was paying shemade a rude comment saying ?I?m not even supposed to be here? I will be back but demand better service, no one deserves to feellike a burden. I?d like to speak with corporate, in fact, I?m giving them a call right now! Read more
The new, albeit limited-time, Chiabatta sandwiches with fresh mozzarella are really, really good. Hubert's lemonade is a great... addition to the fountain drinks. The place is clean, noisy, and a bit overwhelming with all the choices now available; it'sinformation overload with so much signage. The sandwich artists were both very friendly and courteous. Staff is friendly. Store seems quite clean. Don't like how they have eliminated certain breads and meats. Lettuce is often brown... on the edges and you don't always get napkins but I eat here weekly. I've never had a bad experience. Read more
