Kiosks print blank reciept, waited 10+ minutes before asking if i had an order, they claimed it was next but asked me what I... ordered. Then made what I said and clearly didnt have my order because what I said did not have the topping modifications. Sostill got the wrong food. So idk whats going on but worst mcdonalds service ive had for sure. Read more
Stopped at this McDonald's on our way along the Mass Pike. The person at the window taking the order and giving us our food was... very friendly and obviously happy and enjoying their job. The food was of course McDonald's food which was good. Worth a stop. Read more
On 11/5/22 I placed a delivery order from the Auburn, MA McDonalds and when it arrived, we received a hefty roll of industrial... trash bags. TRASH BAGS. For anyone looking to order meals late at night, I would error on the side of caution, as it?s veryclear whoever works those shifts takes their frustrations out on the customers. The following day I contacted the Auburn, MAstore and was transferred to a Manager, who re explained how they wrap their McDonald?s bags, but never once apologized for thedeliberate actions made by their staff. Thankfully the delivery company provided us a full refund, however, it?s safe to say Iwill never order from this location in the future. Read more

They royally messed up my order this morning. I asked for 2 Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffins, 2 Hashbrowns & large Ice water. I... get up to the window and they said 2 sandwiches and 2 waters. I said no, I repeated my order to the guy 3 times, and hesupposably corrected it, but when I got to work, I have 2 sandwiches that are just sausage and cheese!!! Then they gave me amedium water... Jesus christ. I tried to call them, and the phone goes right to voicemail.
