I currently visit this aroma Joes location every morning- as a multi store business owner- my commute changes often, because of... this, I have gone to four separate aroma Joe?s, hundreds of times. If there was a job for being an aroma Joe?s Sommelier youmight as well give me a name tag. I leave this review not because this aromas is good, but because it is the best. Fast,consistent and great service, are a definite. I find this to be a direct reflection of the efforts provided by the day-to-daymanagement of that store name Brooke. As a staff and management trainer myself I can tell she has a keen understanding not onlyof the financial acumen of the business, but also a deep understanding of how to develop a customer base, and retain talent.I?ve never seen such a dedicated employee, and if she needs a job anytime soon, let it be known she can walk into any of myestablishments and have one. Clean and very good service
they crisp my hashbrowns the way I want them to sometimes and the girls that I've talked to have been pretty nice. However,... their drive-through service sucks. I waited over five minutes for someone to try to help me this morning, and even though I sawseveral people make eye contact with me, no one would come to help. Gone through the drive up a couple times. It's been fast, friendly, and they've been happy to explain any of the menu items.
This store is depressing and lacking in good customer service and caring for the quality of their work.
