Me and my friend went in there tonight. She went in with cash at 9:15 when they close at 9:30. She was told they were not taking... cash at 9:15. Not sure why we're not taking cash at 9:15 when we close at 9:30. Very disappointed. Not to mention one of thestaff members making dirty looks through the window when we arrived at 9:15. Read more
Customer service is poor. We were hung up on when we called to inquire about placing an order. Each time I have visited this... location, their customer service has been sub-par. Food is decent, it's a Subway, nothing special here. Read more
Advertising open till 9 PM. Arrived 10 minutes before 9. Wad told they were closed. I expressed it was not 9 and they show... open till 9. Employee was not interested in serving me and was quite rude about it. If advertised as open till 9, then theyshould be open till 9 serving customers. I dont like how when I order a steak melt all they do is toast it the steak is always cold. The other location in town is... superior. My advise go to the other location if you want a hot melt they will hook you up Read more
This Subway is one of the best I?ve ever been in the people are extremely nice and helpful. The food is always made to my liking... and the store always looks super clean! I love the food and the people there. I have been to this subway numerous time and havealways had a amazing experience. And if I have a problem the Manger at the store, Lacy, is always happy to help. I wish I could rate 0 stars?. Words cannot express how terrible service was for me today. They told me they were out of the... bread I wanted when I literally saw it in the cabinet? then told me I could only pay with card?!?! RIDICULOUS. I was there lastweek and the Manager ?Lacy? was rude as well. Slamming stuff around and cursing at employees! She rolled her eyes at me whenasking for extra sauce and I saw her push her thumb into my sandwich when she was wrapping it. Unexceptable. Don?t waste yourtime. Go to the subway in Waterloo?. Very disappointed in this Subway! I used to go there fairly often to get lunch, but I?ve been shocked by this store?s policies... the past two times that I?ve been there. Not only have I seen several employees on multiple instances not wearing masks (orwearing them properly) while preparing or being around the food preparation area, but I?ve also witnessed two customers, whowere not wearing masks at all, being allowed entry and service with no issue (despite the sign on the door stating otherwise). Imust say that I was shocked and utterly appalled by this treatment of store policies and I don?t plan on returning until it isdealt with properly. Read more
