We waited at the hostess stand for several minutes. An employee went by with a to go order and told us she would be back in a... minute. Several minutes later, after another employee went by with another to go order. The person who had joined us in linestopped an employee working in the store to ask if she could help us. That employee went back towards the kitchen area andbrought someone out. We eventually were seated, and ordered our food. The food was Cracker Barrel's usual standard, but ourwaItress was scarce to be found, despite it not being a busy time. I eventually got a drink refill, after having just ice forquite some time. Next time through, I think we will stop at the location we normally stop at. Read more
Our server Addyson pretty much neglected us. We were set for almost 20 minutes before another server, called them out for not... greeting us or getting our drink order. They finally came over took our drink order, we insisted that we had our food orderready, so they took that as well. We got our waters promptly after that, and then were ghosted for another 25 minutes. Ourwaters had run out, they didn't check on us. When they finally did it was silent, just filled out waters and left. We arecurrently sitting for another 20 minutes, no food, server hasn't checked in on us. In total we have been here for an hour andseen our waitress twice, and have no food. -update- We spoke to a hostess who assured us the grill was backed up and that amanager offered to comp both our meals. She was then looking for our waitress. Our meals were then promptly served in silenceand we were again ghosted by our waitress, who didn't come back to check on us until we were ready for our check. The food was good, the server brought our food out but never returned. I had to finally go find someone to give us a to go... Box, And I let them know I was ready for the bill, Had no idea where our server had gone to. 5 minutes later the server cameout gave us our bill and walked away. Read more
Cold rainy day, my husband and I, decided to have a date day. We came here for lunch, and was seated next to a nice warm... fireplace. Everyone was so nice, and the food was very delicious. My husband had the country fried steak w/ gravy, steak fries,and Mac & cheese. I had the beef roast w/ gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, and corn bread muffins. Oh, the corn bread muffins wereso very good. The food was served fast, warm, and so very tasty. Afterwards we visited the little store they had inside, andbought a few things. Read more
We stopped at Cracker Barrel for breakfast this morning at 7 am and not very many people in the restaurant. When we entered the... store, 3 workers were standing at the checkout counter talking. We were not acknowledged when we entered and had to wait for theworkers to finish up their conversation before one of them decided to seat us. The lady that did seat us carried her personaldrink tumbler with her. We were told there was only one waitress working and it may be a little slow. At that time of day, therewere 3 tables that had people seated. We waited 10 minutes and the waitress never came over to our table so we we left. Anothercouple that was there before us also left. That couple were one of the first ones to be seated and the waitress had not evenbeen to their table! Hope this situation gets corrected quickly or come Labor Day weekend this restaurant will be loosing a lotof business! Read more
When we ordered I asked for cornbread, she brought biscuits only. The chicken was chewy and hard to eat. She brought my drink as... a refill for my husband. The food seemed like it sat on the warmer for quite awhile before being served to us. Read more

Always love cracker barrel. The wild Maine blueberry pancakes are a piece of heaven. So are a lot of their dishes. Can be loud... in there during busy times but other than that it's good! Read more
