Normally a decent place for quick wings! However, most recent visit was a near disaster. Bar Pizza came out cold with the... flatbread very undercooked. Took 30 min to receive a new one. My dinner order was incorrect (but I forgive that because thewaitress was in training). The most disappointing thing that compels me to write this review is the fact that my order of wingscame lukewarm with an abysmal amount of dry rub on it (see picture). When I asked for more seasoning, I received it 20 min laterand was told a new pack had to be opened. If the kitchen staff decided to use the last bare amount of seasoning they had leftto give a customer practically unseasoned wings and call it Chipotle BBQ, then there’s something seriously wrong back there. Iwould’ve happily ordered another sauce/rub if I was informed the kitchen doesn’t want to open new seasoning (as ridiculousas that sounds). Worst $80 I’ve spent in a while for a family meal. I hope to come back because the experiences have beengreat here in the last year and I hope this was just a one-off day. Read more

Food was cold and soggy even tho went there on time and then had to wait 15 minutes for it to be done and was given dried out... carrots and the fries were over cooked.. for $58 i expected better. Especially since this was my first time buying from here. Read more
Terrible Customer Service and poor food quality. Ordered online with a pick up scheduled an hour later. Missing nearly half of... my order, wings were barely sauced - so hard to tell which were Caribbean Jerk because there was barely any sauce. Called thestore as this was the second time our order was messed up and missing items. Go figure, it was my food that was missing. Managerused the excuse that it was busy and they only had 1 cook on the line. Which is a poor excuse, as they can cross train andschedule better according to busier hours, in addition to double checking that all ordered food is bagged and shown to customerprior to them leaving. I worked at BWWs for nearly 3 years and all of that was BASIC training and mandatory. His offer was arefund and no food, or in store credit and food. Had to drive an additional 40 min to get my food because you can't just noteat. Plus the manager hung up on me. Went in for a quick meal. Tried a chicken BLT and it was great. Also tried the fried pickles, and they were delicious. Had a... newer server that was learning her way. Overall it was good food. Read more
Auburn, Indiana. We stood at the door for almost 10 mins. The waiters/waitresses would look at us and walk away. The girl... answering the phones came out from the back, smiled and walked back into the kitchen. Finally she came back out walking aroundand slowly made her way to us. But she smiled so there is that. You could say short staffed but obviously there was plenty ofstaff for all the open seating there was. When we finally got seated our waitress came over and asked for our drinks. We said wewanted to order as well no need to wait. There were 5 of us. Not a lot ordered. Didn’t say anything when something wasmessed up with the drinks. But then again with some of the food. I’m not sure if it wasn’t written right or the kitchendidn’t read it. Either way. The men's bathroom full of vomit. Server was excellent. Disappointed in comparison to menu description. My burger was very... bland, the onions were hard and string and paid extra for fresh guacamole but there was only one thin little spot of guacamole. The motz sticks and cheese balls were excellent. So I will stick to wings next time. Read more
