This place gets a bad rap sometimes but they are tragically under staffed just like every service industry business these days.... But I have to say that if you like "Pizza Hut" pizza this place does a fine job at providing that nostalgic taste that I fondlyremember from the 1980's post Friday night high school football games in NW Ohio. Take out and delivery only. Understand whenthey say it will be about 45 minutes for a delivery they mean it and are usually within 10 minutes either side of that mark. Butthe pizza will be tongue blister hot because they que their orders properly. Hats off to the girls that run that ship. If theymake it happen like you want let them know with a gracious tip. This was the second time I ordered from pizza hut. First time was excellent. This time not so much. Pizza was luke warm at... best. Wings were hot. I ordered 12 mild wings with bleu cheese dressing, paid for 12 medium and received 6. And then there's theconvenience fee of $4.99. What's that?? Total bill was $42.98 plus $5.00 tip. I live maybe 1.9 miles. Mgr Samantha was verynice and apologetic and said I would get a credit for the wings. Not sure if that's for six or twelve....... Read more
Every time I've ordered from here I've never been disappointed. The pizza was always delicious, but the boneless wings are my... families favorite menu item we really enjoy the garlic parmesan flavor. The staff have always been helpful and polite. Read more
They need to learn customer service. Placed a order on line for delivery my card was charged but they claim they never received... my order. The manager had no interest in trying to fix it so Aurburn Pizza Hut just lost a customer for good. Will never orderfrom this olace again. Poor management and poor customer service. Read more
I have ordered Pizza a few different times here. It is always really hot and good. I have never had my order get messed up. In... addition, the delivery drivers are always nice. Overall, I enjoy the food and service at this location. Read more
