Sign on the door, and on google, clearly states they are open until 6:30pm, yet they closed the doors for walk-in customers... around 6pm. I walked to this store and wasted my time. I was planning on purchasing 2lbs of whole bean coffee and a ventispecialty drink. I will take my business to a different coffee company. I have been a Starbucks customer for a number of years,and I am getting more dissatisfied with their service and hours. They should post their walk-in hours, and not just theirdrive-thru hours. Ok. It's Starbucks. Just went there once passing by... They didn't have my drink available (sold out) but waited for us to ask... about the drink eventually before saying anything. I get they are busy, but not an awesome customer service experience. Read more
