Reviews for Starbucks in Auburn, CA
I go here everyday, I wish the coffee was stronger.
What can I say? It's over priced coffee but so good
I always hit the drive through up before work in the morning and the customer service is always amazing! Everyone is bright and... friendly! Read more
Post your business hours on signage somewhere like a real business, then you won't have to ignore customers on the drive thru... window and front door. Read more
Probably the worst drinks ever. All of their hot drinks are made like wet cappuccinos- tons and tons of foam. So much foam on... top, you can?t taste your drink/you burn your mouth on the too hot coffee because, again, all the milk is in foam on top of yourdrink, rather than in it. You literally have to wait for all the foam to melt down to drink all the espresso in your drink.Don?t know who trained them on drive bar, but they don?t how to make drinks. Very lazy. They don?t know how much espresso is ina drink; they don?t add flavor half the time, despite charging you. Management is so lazy, it?s not worth complaining. Openingcrew too lazy to remove cones in drive thru so customers do it or mostly pass by thinking they are closed, which is fine by thestaff. They don?t care. One star for location, as it?s easier to get to than Dutch Bros up the road. Read more
I politely asked to have my grande drink topped off with milk because it felt light. The barista seemed a bit put off at my... request. I kept the lid. They took it, gave it back with a new lid and this is what it looked like when I took off the new lid. Definitely not topped off. $4.75 for a 3/4 full cup...really?? Read more
My husband went down to bring coffee's home for family, staff seemed ok, then got distracted chatting on last coffee; turns out... they forgot the espresso. I had to go all the way back down, they did replace it, and gave me $4. off on my next coffee, sothat was nice. The other beverages for my family were correct and yummy. Store looked clean. The drive thru is a bit tight, small parking lot, and it can get busy ... store is right next to Chevron Station. Read more
Just stopped in here on my way back from Penn, CA heading for Sacramento. Nice atmosphere, helpful staff, not crowded. If you... need to plug in, there are power outlets that you're welcome to use, but only at two tables. Read more
