The store is very clean. The employees are helpful. What dislike is the floor plan. The way the store is laid out is just... confusing. Such as why is the taco seasoning with the paper products and not with the other seasoning. Read more

The pharmacy is absolutely horrendous, My wife is a caretaker and went to pick up one anabiotic and in four hours they couldn?t... find one single pill. Raleys is already the most overpriced major grocery store in Auburn So do yourself a favor and pick anyother pharmacy, this one is just terrible. Read more

The people who work here are awesome! Anita in produce helped me find everything I needed yesterday, even went in the back to... find me some beautiful fresh strawberries. The guys in the frozen were very helpful as well. One found me the fudge pops in theback stock (shipment day) and another gentleman offered me a cart. Lovely experience with checkout ladies. I used to work here and I thought it was fun and as far as grocery stores go it's higher level customer service, good deals... especially with the free to use rewards program, and decent music to shop to. Friendly staff, great store all around. I mighteven go back to work there some day. Read more

Pros: Very clean & well-organized. Easy to read signage. Produce & aisle depts are fully stocked with good quality. If Raley's... carries an item, there's good selection within types [e.g., over a dozen kinds of pickled cucumbers]. Staff are more than polite-- they are warm, helpful, & appear sincere; their work is efficient. Cons: A little pricey (but I think the environment & staffare worth it). No staff on the floor, only at checkout. Not a broad selection [e.g., only pickled cukes only other pickles was 1brand of giardiniera]. VERY limited "ethnic" items, in aisles but especially in fresh depts like produce & bakery. Read more
