We arrived there last night (Friday). It looked closed! We called in, nobody answered. Found out it was open by walking up to... door. Inside was the messiest looking restaurant I have ever seen! Broccoli on the floor, napkins noodles you name iteverywhere! There was one clean table that an employee was eating at the rest had chairs up closing in an 1.5 hrs?) I asked ifwe could take a few chairs down and I couldn't get an answer, no leadership or authority. Food was cold. Panda Express can begood, but not this location!! Read more

I've been hitting this pana since they opened. I always get my food to go and head home. The food is exactly the same as every... other panda I've been to. The service for me has been good to excellent. People are people so it varies. I feel customers forgetthat real people with real lives are serving you. I've never been treated bad there or received sub par food. Just the standardover sugared Americanized Chinese style food. Glad to see they are branching out to vegan or at least vegetarian options. It is a small crowded restaurant. My fried rice was half cooked, very dry, chowmein looks more drier. Very busy at lunch time.... Sauces upon request only. Read more
There is nothing ?express? about this place. You wait in line for 30 min and then when you make it to the front of the line they... inform you that it?s a 7min wait on mushrooms, Beef broccoli, and a 15 min wait on angus steak. I have been to this PandaExpress 4 times and they are always out of angus steak. I?m starting to think that this is intentional. How do you have 6employees, only 13 core menu items and still can?t manage to get it together? This place and it?s current employees are a joke. Read more
I used to work At Panda just saying .. the panda from Auburn totally out about customer service !!! Person in front kinda rude... and hurry.. and forget what was my order to Doble check what I order... not even write.. besides that there is not tablescleaning and people just talk in the back .. not even pending if customer need tables or not..
