Very disappointed with service. My wife and I walked in today at 2:45 to an almost completely empty restaurant and found two... workers standing around goofing off. As we approached the counter to order, one of the workers came over but instead of askingwhat we wanted to order, he informed us the he would be "Right with us". He then proceeded to start making three separate onlineorders. My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief. He was younger, so we gave him some grace and I looked over at whomseem to be the manager for assistance. At this time he started walking towards us with his hands full of freshly cleanedutensils that he was restocking the station with. He informed us that they would be "Right with us" as well. We patiently waitedfor him to finish restocking the station but once he completed he simply walked away back towards the cash register. At thispoint we had been awkwardly standing there ready to order for over 5 min (they wouldn't make eye contact with us and barelyspoke to us) and the first Mod employee wasn't even finished making the first pizza yet. I don't mind waiting my turn, but thoseonline orders didn't seem to be high priority when we first walked in on them goofing off, but as soon as we try to place anorder we had to wait until they were finished making them first. Noticing that his coworker was busy making the three onlineorders I don't understand why the second Mod employee didn't offer to take our order and help out the situation? You havecustomers in your store standing right in front of you, and this is how they are treated by the Mod employees. At this point mywife and I let them know that we were leaving and it was not necessary for them to take our order. Fortunately there are a lotof other eating options in Auburn California and I don't think we will be frequenting this establishment in the future. Read more
Had some Mod Pizza today because of a fundraiser and I will be back. A perfect pizza and great service. Just amazing?
Overall the pizza tastes good nothing wrong there, the issue lies with the customer service it wasn?t rude but it was not... professional, asking someone if they want they?re receipt should not take two minutes of back and forth talking with a customersaying they don?t want it. The pizza tasted good but the toppings were not proportioned the way they should have been, my doughwas also not rolled out to the proper size the mod size should have been, I work at a pizza place that definitely has lowerexpectations than a mod pizza chain and would have expected more professionalisim for somthing that simple, the simple way toput it is I was there longer than I needed to be especially considering the fact I as a customer was trying to make my orderquick considering they were 20 min from closing but the employee obviously did not take his time nor mine into consideration.Just make the pizza. Amazing pizza, the thick crust is my favorite. It almost has a sourdough taste to it. The only reason for 4 stars is that the... toppings are very scarce. I ordered sausage on mine and there was probably 4 small pieces of sausage. This was my second timeordering pizza there and the first one was the same way. Read more
Allie greeted me with a friendly smile & welcoming attitude. She was exceptionally accommodating while building my pizza. I give... her 10 stars! Got cauliflower crust and edges were slightly burnt while center was not thoroughly cooked & doughy. Overall greatpizza though and a great experience. Read more
Love mod pizza - having it my way! (bbq sauce, pepperoni, mild sausage, cheeses, onion, broccoli, corn & crispy crust). Shaded... outdoor seating (dog friendly). Delicious! Read more
These Pizza Tast so good, they mad fast cooking for amount 5 - 10 minutes FAST! Yummy. I like these cheaper better than Domino's... Pizza and Around Table Pizza are expensive... I really like these cheaper - MOD Pizza is the best, plus these made GlutenFree... Yummy... Thank you... Read more
Not bad for the price of you like tomato paste on a Ritz cracker. The first pizza I got from there was really good. I'm not sure... what the difference was but I really didn't like the second. Staff was friendly establishment was clean so I'm sure I'll beback. Read more
