Asked for (2) 2piece chicken dinner. The lady started complaining she had no chicken and only 2 workers. When asked how long to... cook the chicken she screamed she is not going to cook anymore chicken. This KFC has done this before with having no chicken. I get the Nashville hot strips every time I go to KFC. I usually love it however this location makes the worst Nashville hot... strips ever they were as dry as jerky and ultra oily. gross will never come back Read more
Simply the worst food purchased ever from out of all the KFCs I?ve visited in Southern and Northern California and Nevada. Such... a waste of money! I had the 3-piece original fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and a ice tea/lemonade. The chicken wasso greasy that from one bite, grease POURED out! Plus, the chicken breast was very dry and tasteless!! The chicken leg was wayover cooked and greasy as well. The biscuit was So Dry and flaky that it fell apart into small pieces in which I almost chokedon a piece!! No wonder I?ve never seen more cars in line. Would Never Recommend this place, Nor Return! Ordered KFC?s 3 piece original fried chicken that came with a breast, leg, thigh, smashed potatoes, and a drink. KFC food... quality tends to vary immensely in areas in California and Nevada. This particular franchise wasn?t very good. My chickendrained from grease, the skins fell off the chicken, the biscuit was very dry and flaky, but the fries were warm and crispy, andthe ice tea/lemonade was tasteless. Such a waste of money. I had the most wonderful experience here! Super sweet cashier, helped me with my entire order, picked out the best pieces of... chicken, everything was hot & delicious!! Purchased a Big chicken sandwich and a 3 piece chicken strip meal, Drove up to the park and found my sandwich was on a Burnt bun... and my son?s chicken strips more like chicken jerky. Drove back to KFC and waited in the drive through again?. Talked to themanager, they stated the OWNER will not repair or replace the bun toaster?!? My order was replaced, chicken items only and wewill never give this location another chance. Read more
Ordered 2 12pc meals at 7:30 tonight and drove to our friends house in Penryn to find out that we were missing popcorn chicken,... mashed potatoes and 2 gravy?s. I called them to let them know, got no apology, was told to come get what was missing. When weshowed up still no apology, wasn?t offered a discount for the inconvenience and had driven all the way back to Auburn fromPenryn, now with a cold meal to eat.
