Wife and I had breakfast and it was delicious and perfectly done! The servers were a delight! Will be back again

Luck was shining on me today. The wife and I were traveling through Auburn and decided to stop for lunch in Old Town Auburn.... Just as I was turning to leave, a car backed out of a street parking spot. I didn't look a gift horse in the mouth andimmediately parked. I asked the wife where she wanted to go and she said "why not here"? I looked up and saw the front window ofEdelweiss restaurant. Interior was interesting as it tried to be rustic Bavarian. Food was fantastic. Wife ordered a BLT withfries and I ordered an omelette. The BLT came out exactly as the wife ordered. The omelette and hash browns covered the plate.Whole the egg part of the omelette was dry although the interior ingredients were well prepared. Overall a very goodbreakfast/lunch restaurant.
