A nice place to grab a beer and the bite in a quaint little neighborhood. Very pedestrian oriented which is nice! Overall the... place is great, the staff is friendly, but the fries could use just a little more crisp! Read more

Located in Old Town Auburn. I really enjoy the food here. I mostly sit in their outdoor seating in the back area and they've got... heat lamps when it gets chilly out and umbrellas for when the sun is just doing too much. They have various food options butlunch favorites include buffalo wings and their fish and chips. Servers are super nice and friendly as well, they're attentiveand get your order in quickly. They've got a nice atmosphere in the back and you can exit that way too without going back inthrough the whole restaurant. Read more

It was a packed house on a hot Saturday afternoon. There was one table in the back outside kind of by itself that we sat at,... took about 10 minutes for our server to arrive which seemed like a long wait in the sun. We ordered alcohol and water, hopingour water would arrive quick as it was hot but it was brought after our drinks and with our food. We ordered fish n chips whichwere delicious and a good sized portion. The burger was cooked perfectly. The drinks were made great so they food and drinksmade up for the long wait at first. We will definitely be back to try more beer and hopefully our service will be a littlebetter next time. Read more

I have to say that I was really disappointed in our food at Auburn Alehouse. At $20 for a burger I was expecting something... pretty special, at the very least some quality ingredients and good size. Instead I got a glorified school cafeteria burger.Small, bland, and easily twice the price of what it should have been, though I wouldn't have paid $10 for it. Only ediblebecause the overcooked, cheap bacon added a tiny bit of fat and flavor. Honestly I was a little shocked that they'd charge somuch for something as mediocre as this. Maybe they're riding high on past successes. I certainly won't be back anytime soon.Just down the road, The Station Public House has FAR better food and a bigger selection of beers and you'll probably even save afew bucks. I really dislike hidden fees, especially on top of already insane pricing. They advertise that you get a "discount"for paying with cash, but the reality is they tack on a surcharge for card purchases. Icing on the cake kicking this down to asingle star for me. The Cheese Loaf was fine, though not all that exciting. The fries were decent. Their beers were good, though not special or innovative in any way. Our waitress was very nice. Read more

We came here after a hike by the river. The place is packed and I understand why. The huge beer selection and delicious foods.... We got two flights of beers and a couple of appetizers. Definitely coming back for more next time when we are in the area. Read more

Great atmosphere, fantastic food, fair price! Had a great first experience here. Plenty of beers to select from and try... out! Every entree was on point! If you're in the area it's worth the pop in! Dessert definitely hit on a level above mosttypical generic options. I don't think you can go wrong with any choice you make across the menu. The pretzel and the picklechips are a must try as well! Great ambience and good food! The beers on tap were delicious! Fish and chips were good sized, fish was fresh and flaky! They... make theirs with cod! Seasoned fries were good too! The fish tacos were tasty, again fresh fish. "Star of the show" was theircheese loaf, crispy bread on the outside stuffed with cheese and placed on a bed of balsamic and olive oil! A pull apart pieceof bread. Good beer, good food, great experience! Read more
