Customer service was absolutely terrible but the food came out fast and hot.

Worst customer service ever !!!! I went today around 2:55 & the white girl at the window didn?t speak or anything not even after... I spoke. So I?m okay with that. She gave my order and gave my card back & I said thank you. Still nothing was said. & shepreceded to slam the window. I understand people have bad days , but customer service is everything. Every time I come to this Zaxby?s in particular it?s always a problem . They never get my order correct and then have attitudes... when asked to be fixed . Worst customer service ever . They don?t even try to fix the problem just says there is nothing we cando . Read more

Worst customer service ever and worst meal I have had at Zaxby's in a while. Ordered a Wings-n-Things Boneless, tongue torch, no... salt on the fries in the drive thru at 5:30 pm on 7-21-22. First of all, when the guy (young, husky black guy) gets ready togive me my order, he slings it out the window at me. Then he proceeds to throw my card at me as well (had to catch it to keep itfrom landing on the ground). I was so angry that I started to sling the order back at him and ask for a refund. Instead I justdrove off and called back to speak with the manager. The manager just kept saying she understood how I feel. I then tell her itis not enough to just "understand" how I feel. I asked if she was going to at least speak to him about this, she stated shewould but I doubt it. I failed to check my order until I got home only to discover my fries were raw and had a tremendous amountof salt on them in spite of me ordering them without salt. The boneless wings looked played over and the toast was soggy. Theonly edible item was the chicken fingers. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Zaxby's. Read more

Pulled up to the window at 6:30pm on a friday and got no response, only for someone to walk outside and very rudely say they... closed at 6. look, i understand being understaffed, but it's as simple as putting a sign on the window and updating your hourson google. no need to get an attitude when there is absolutely no way for someone to know you are closed. and looking at pastreviews, this is not a new issue for this location, so you have had plenty of time to figure something out, and you haven't.that's on the owner, not the customer, so get an attitude with them and not us. I have been in love with Zaxbys salads for three years. However this was my first visit to this location and my last. Two Cobb... salads were the worst ever. Each were prepared with no onions, a very small amount of lettuce and also the toast was horrible.It looked like one salad divided up and placed in separate containers. Read more

Good chicken place. Long lines at lunch and dinner. Clean restrooms. Stopped by here on a Sunday evening, not crowded. Power... went out and registers did not come back online after power did, finally the manager allowed for orders to be taken if peoplehad cash which I did. Everything went well after that, staff was friendly and apologetic. Enjoyed the House salad as shown inpicture. Definitely will return. Read more
