Today solidified that this is the Worst Wendy?s in the area. I have never had a good experience at this location. Today I... ordered from the app. When I got to the restaurant (lunch time on a Tuesday) the inside was closed. I waited in the drive thrufor 10 minutes only to get to the window and be told they don?t see my name on the screen so they can?t help me with my order. Itried to show my Oder confirmation with the number, and was told there?s nothing they can do. I asked what I needed to do toreceive my order and was told I could cancel it or wait in the parking lot to see if my name pops up. Just crazy. My points werenot returned to my account and I left with no food and no assistance or effort to assist me. The food was okay...the chicken was dry and not super fresh and the fires had barely any salt, but I was hungry and it was... edible. My husband said the loaded fried with the two types of cheese was a bit weird, but the bacon was good. The frosty wasn'tblended well, but it helped make the fries more edible. Dining room wasn't open, so we ate in the car. The parking lot needed agood cleaning. Read more
The customer service was fine but as far as the food it just was not good. It just had a horrible taste to it and I couldn?t eat... it. Someone who has worked fast food for years I don?t see how someone can serve food that isn?t worth the money customers payit?s inhumane the way there?s companies run nowadays. Read more
Food is Wendy?s, so predictably good and not what the review is five stars for. The best thing was the staff. The ladies taking... and preparing the orders were very polite and helpful and the gentleman in charge went above and beyond to guide us in the storeand welcome us (we were wandering around looking for the entrance) and leads by example by making sure everything was spotlessand in-check. Depending on what day you go, this place could be a good spot to eat. You can definitely tell that highschoolers work there and... I don't mind, except that they aren't professional when taking my orders or giving my orders back to me. You can always hearlaughing in the background and it can be irritating, especially because they aren't paying attention to you when taking ordersbecause you get orders back messed up and have to go back through the drive thru. Don't get me wrong, some people such as Val(employee) is great at taking and giving orders back correctly, but yet again, it depends on the day you go up to Wendy's. Read more
Saw another review just now. Apparently don?t order chicken nuggets here. Waited 20 minutes in line for 2 10 piece nuggets. Had... to pull up for another five minutes, even though traffic was non existent. The food ended up being decent. But one of the drinkorders tasted like High C mixed with Club soda?definitely not Coke. The wait was unnecessary. Read more
Waited 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru and when I got to the window they told me to pull up because they were cooking my chicken... nuggets. $14.04 for 2 10 piece chicken nuggets and a large fry and a drink they triple cooked the fries and they were unedibleone of the chicken nuggets was hot and fresh the other one was ice cold and unedible I will be needing a refund so I called thisWendy's and it was a cell phone number out of Georgia good job guys. Tried their italian mozzarella chicken sandwich & garlic fries today, absolutely delicious! i ordered extra marinara sauce on... the side & really topped of the sandwich & used as a dip for the fries. definitely recommend! Read more
